Jeff Moran is a partner with Vanek, Vickers & Masini, P.C. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, particularly in the fields of intellectual property, antitrust, insurance, and construction.

In the intellectual property arena, Mr. Moran focuses on patent law and has represented a variety of inventors and corporations in complex litigation involving patent validity and infringement. Representative matters include inventions and technology regarding medical devices, computer technology, electronics, optics and digital media.

Mr. Moran’s antitrust experience includes representation of clients in a variety of complex actions involving federal and state claims of price fixing and monopolization covering a variety of industries. Mr. Moran also has considerable experience in insurance disputes, having successfully litigated cases involving first-party property, third-party comprehensive general liability, and commercial lines insurance. In the construction litigation area, Mr. Moran has successfully represented architects, all engineering disciplines, surveyors, owners, construction managers and insurance companies.
Beyond the strict confines of the practice of law, Mr. Moran is also involved in advising and funding several start-up companies in the Chicagoland area.
